Shipping Policy
Packages are mailed via USPS & a tracking number will be provided to the e-mail address you provided during checkout.
Tracking may take up to 24-48 hours to update on the USPS website.
CITYBLUELIGHTS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/STOLEN SHIPMENTS. If your tracking says delivered, please contact USPS for more information.
If you input an incorrect address at checkout and your package has been shipped, you will need to contact USPS to change your address. If your package gets returned to us, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to reship your package.
Once orders are shipped, we cannot answer questions about delays, returns, lost, or missed packages. If you have questions or concerns, once parcel is in possession of USPS, you will have to inquire with USPS. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update once shipped.

RECEIVING PARCEL: 3-5 business days (Domestic) *NOT including delays.

We cannot guarantee there will be no delays with USPS. If your package is delayed, it is not Citybluelight's responsibility. We appreciate your patience in receiving your package.
